How to make Tofu Scramble Breakfast Burritos!

How to make a tofu Scramble

1) Drain and press your tofu for about a half hour.

2) Start to heat up about 1/4 cup of vegetable broth in your pan. Crumble your tofu.

3) Add the tofu into your frying pan.

4) Then add your seasoning. 1tbls of nutritional yeast, 1tbls garlic powder, 1tbls black lava salt, 1tbls of turmeric.

5) Add your Spinach, sprouts and green onions.

6) Stir until everything is combined and the spinach has shriveled.


Serve on a whole

wheat tortilla. Add optional toppings like dairy-free cheese, salsa, ketchup, hot sauce, ect.
