How to Make Soda Cake!

Easy, Vegan, 3 ingredients or less, Parfait, Perfect for Parties

What you will need- Any Cake mix, (I used Better Crocker yellow which is vegan. Not every flavor is vegan so be sure to check the ingredients)

Can of Soda (any flavor) I used Lemon Line.

How to make:

1) Pour cake mix into a bowl.

2) Slowly add your soda. This will cause a chemical reaction that is fun to watch but pour it in slow or it will overflow.

3) Stir until fully blended.

4) Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Ovens vary so keep an eye on it. You will know it is done when it is golden brown and cooked all the way through.
