How to Make Plant Based, Vegan, Vegetarian Version of Kielbasa and Sauerkraut in Instant Pot with Beyond Sausage.

Polish Family Tradition, It's not exactly like Grandma used to make but it is pretty close!

Kielbasa and Sauerkraut

What you need:

Kielbasa Substitute- I use Brat Flavored Beyond Sausage.

Bag of Sauerkraut

1/4 cup of Onions

How to make:

1) Cook Beyond Sausages according to the directions on the package then drain.

2) Cut up and place into Instant pot with Sauerkraut and Onions.

3) Pressure Cook for 5 minutes.
