How to Make Plant Based, Vegan, Protein, Jack Fruit Chicken Salad!
Chickpea, Healthy, Vegetarian
What you need:
1 can of chick peas
1 Can of Jack Fruit
3 TBLS Of Nutritional Yeast
2 TBLS of Vegan Mayo
1 TSP Yellow Mustard
1 TBLS Paprika
1 Cup of Celery
1/2 Cup onion
1 TBLS Garlic Powder
Fresh or Dried Dill, parsley and Oregano
How to Make:
1) Drain and rinse chickpeas. In a food processor blend chick peas , Nutritional Yeast , Vegan Mayo, Yellow Mustard, Paprika , Garlic Powder until Smooth.
2) Drain and rinse Jack Fruit thoroughly. Add to Food Processor and Pulse 3 times. Don't over blend this.
3) Now transfer to another bowl. Add Chopped celery and onion. Add fresh seasonings chopped.
4) Stir everything together. You can eat it right away or let the flavors blend for a bit first it taste even better then. Enjoy!
