How to make Mini Strawberry Ice Cream Cheesecakes!


Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

1 Can of Coconut milk

1 can of coconut cream

1 cup of White Sugar

1 TBLS Vanilla Extract1 Cup of Strawberries

1/2 Cup Raw Cashews

CrustGram Crackers

1/2 cup earth balance vegan butter


1) First Let's make the ice cream. I have another video that shows you how to here: https://youtu.be/QeTIMe6Bt-o or If your not ready to make your own ice cream yet you can use store bought scoops of ice cream.


2) Crush gram crackers up into dust.. or as close to it as you can get. Melt 1/2 cup of Earth Balance butter and mix together in a bowl with the bread crumbs.


3) Add a layer to of gram cracker crust to each cup cake/muffin space in a silicone molds. Pour ice cream mix on top of the crust in the silicon molds. Cover with foil and freeze until solid.


4) Pop out the frozen ice cream cheesecakes.


5) Serve now with some whipped cream and fresh strawberries or put them in a freezer bag in the freezer for later.
