How to make Easy Plant Based, Vegan Lasagna in the instant pot!

Impossible meat, Tofu, Dairy Free -----------------------------------------


How to Make this Recipe:

Ingredients :

Impossible Meat or another Meat Substitute

1/2 cup of onions

1/2 cup of green peppers

2 Jars of Marinara Sauce

1 Box of Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles

1 Package of Extra Firm Tofu

Nutritional Yeast

Seasonings


How to make:

1) Brown Impossible Meat in your instant pot on Sauté. Add in your onions and bell peppers.


2) Take half the impossible Meat out and set it aside. Add 2 cups of water & 1/2 jar of Marinara sauce now a leayer of noodles.


3) Add a layer of Spinach. More Sauce and More Noodles.


4) Tofu Cheese Layer. Take tofu and crumble it on top the last noddle layer. This gives the look of ricotta. Sprinkle about 1/2 cup of Nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and turmeric. You can also add fresh or dried herbs parsley, oregano and Basil.


5) Noodle Layer. Take your remaining impossible meat and add another layer of it. More Noodles, More Sauce. If you have room in your pot add an additional Spinach layer. Then Noodles on top and the rest of your sauce.


6) Pressure cook for 20 minutes. Let the pot release pressure on it's own.


7) You can now add any dairy free cheese to the top or to individual servings.
