How to make Cauliflower Bisque

Plant based, creamy soup, Vegan, Creamy, Dairy-Free

Taste like a Maryland Cream of Crab soup or a Seafood Bisque



What you need:

1 Cup of Raw Cashews

1 Head of Cauliflower

1 Yellow Potato

1 cup of Celery

1 Yellow Onion

1/2 cup of Nutritional Yeast

2 tablespoons of Old Bay Seasoning

1 cup of Vegetable Broth


How to:

1) Place Raw Cashews, Cauliflower, Potato, Celery, Yellow Onion, Nutritional Yeast, Old Bay Seasoning and Vegetable Broth into your instant pot.

2) Pressure cook in your Instant pot for 5 minutes.

3) Once finished release your pressure valve and open once all steam has been released.

4) Time to blend. If you have an emersion blender you can use that or you can transfer everything from your pot into a Hot & Cold blender. Blend Until Smooth.

5) Serve with some old bay sprinkled on top and some green onion.
