How to make Cashew Cream Cheese! Plant Based, Vegan, Dairy Free,

1) Cook 1 Cup of Cashews in two cups of water in your Ninja Foodi Blender Or boil then on the stove for 10 minutes Or soak them overnight.

2) Drain the water. Transfer cashews into your high speed blender if you haven't yet.

3) Add 5 TBLS of Non-Dairy Yogurt, 1 TBLS of Lemon Juice, 1 TBLS of Apple Cider Vinegar, and dash of salt.

4) Blend on high speed until smooth. You may need to stop the blender every so often to scrape anything on the sides to the bottom to ensure it gets smooth too.

5) It is finished once it is at your desired consistency.
