How to make Baked Feta pasta & Feta Tofu!

I saw this on Tik Tok and I thought that it was Tofu in the dish. Turns out it was Feta Cheese. It looked Amazing. When looking into how I should marinate my tofu I can across recipes that could make your tofu taste similar to Feta. I thought I could make it delicious with Tofu and that is how I came up with this!


How to make Tofu Feta:


What you need:

Firm Tofu 2 Cups of water

2 TBLS Apple Cider Vinegar

1 TBLS Garlic Powder

1 TBLS of Italian Seasoning or Fresh Basil, Oregano, & Parsley


Combine all ingredients except the tofu and stir. Place tofu in a container and make sure it is fully submerged. Let marinate overnight.


What you need For the Pasta:

Cherry Tomatoes (I grew these, I'm so proud)

Half of a small Onion. Spinach, Sprouts, Fresh Basil

Nutritional Yeast

Garlic Powder

Noodles


1) Place your marinated Feta Tofu in the center of your baking dish.

2) Surround with onions and Cherry Tomatoes.

3) Bake on 350 Degrees for 40 minutes.

4) While still hot carefully squash your tomatoes.

5)Add any Spinach or greens, Stir in and let wither down.

6) Add Cooked Noodles

7) Break up Tofu into chunks and Mix everything together.

8) Taste and add additional seasoning if you see fit. Enjoy!
