How to Make 3 Ingredient copy cat Girl Scout Cookies! Vegan, Plant Based, Dairy Free, Ritz Crackers! I was a Girl Scout growing up and I ate a lot of these cookies! I am happy to see that the Thin Mints & Tagalongs are Vegan. So PLEASE support the Girl Scouts at cookie time by buying a few boxes of cookies or giving a cash donation. I really wanted my favorite kind Samoa's later named Carmel delights. Which sadly are not one of the vegan cookie options. SO I made my own and while I was at it I made Thin Mints and Tagalongs too! They are delicious, easy to make and only 3 ingredients. I hope you make them and enjoy! Don't forget support the scouts!



Thin Mints Ingredients :

1-2 packs of Ritz Crackers

1 Cup Dairy Free Chocolate Chips

1 TBLS Coconut Oil

1 TBLS of Mint Extract


How to make:

1) Melt 1 Cup of Chocolate chips and 1 TBLS of Coconut. In the microwave in 30 second intervals Stirring in between till fully melted. Add Mint extract and mix in.

2) Let chocolate sit for about 2 minutes or until it has cooled a bit. It will be easier to work with. Then Dunk or cover your crackers in the Chocolate.

3) Put in the freezer until chocolate hardens! Then Enjoy!

Tagalongs-

1-2 packs of Ritz Crackers

1 Cup Dairy Free Chocolate Chips

1 TBLS Coconut Oil

Peanut Butter


How to make:

1) Put peanut butter on the tops of your Ritz crackers.

2) Melt 1 Cup of Chocolate chips and 1 TBLS of Coconut. In the microwave in 30 second intervals Stirring in between till fully melted.

3) Let chocolate sit for about 2 minutes or until it has cooled a bit. It will be easier to work with. Then Dunk or cover your crackers in the Chocolate.

4) Put in the freezer until chocolate hardens! Then Enjoy!

Samoa's -

15 Ritz Crackers

1 Cup Dairy Free Chocolate Chips

1 TBLS Coconut Oil

4 Soaked Dates

Shredded Coconut


How to make:

1) Blend your Ritz crackers. Then add in your 4 soaked dates and blend again.

2) This will form a dough of sorts. You can roll it out and use cookie cutters or Like I did roll balls and then squash them and use a cookie cutter to remove the centers. Then Freeze for about 15 minutes so they harden a bit and will be easier to work with.

3) Melt 1 Cup of Chocolate chips and 1 TBLS of Coconut. In the microwave in 30 second intervals Stirring in between till fully melted. Let chocolate sit for about 2 minutes or until it has cooled a bit. It will be easier to work with.

4) Dip the bottoms of the cookies and then decorate the tops with the chocolate.

5) Put in the freezer again until chocolate hardens!
