How to Cook Spaghetti Squash in an Instant Pot

1) Puncture holes into your Spaghetti Squash.

2) Place in a Steamer basket and place into Instant pot.

3) Add 1 cup of water to instant pot.

4) Pressure cook for 8 minutes.

5) Remove from pot and let cool. Once cool to the touch cut in half and remove the seeds and Endocarp.

6) With you hands or a spoon. Scoop all the stringy flesh off or to peal.
